This custom Laratta Homes showhome was designed & staged for Watermark at Bearspaw, a luxury estate community in Calgary.
Transitional in style, we balanced traditional architectural elements & features with European furniture pieces & contemporary decor items. We created an engaging monochromatic palette using rich woods—like mahogany—& timeless textiles—like distressed leather.
